  1. APAC Sales Development Manager

    • Ranked #1 of 20 SDR managers globally (H1 2025) and built the top-performing team across a 20+ manager org.
    • Scaled APAC from 5 to 16 outbound SDRs plus 2 inbound, opening South Korea, Japan and the Greater China region.
    • Lifted average attainment from under 80% to over 130%, peaking at 153% in a half.
    • Improved outbound conversion from 6.5% to 18% and generated $3.29M in bookings.
    • Rebuilt the SDR tech stack (Firmable, Nooks, Clay, Cluely), adding roughly 50% productivity per rep.
  2. Business Development Team Lead, ANZ

    • Led and grew a 12-rep SDR and BDR team across ANZ, spanning inbound and outbound.
    • Delivered 120% to FY2023 quota; 148% to FY2022 as an IC, ranked 4 of 300 reps globally.
    • Built the outbound strategy and enabled 50+ reps on tooling and MEDDPICC discovery.

    • Launched Hub by Thryv (SaaS) in Australia as lead AE and directed a 3-rep team.
    • Managed a $1.7M ARR book at 138% of quota, selling cloud CRM and marketing solutions.
