A decade in sales across the full cycle, from prospecting and closing to account management. I scaled and led Remote's APAC SDR and inside-sales function from 5 to 16 reps to rank #1 SDR manager globally in 2025, lifting attainment past 138% and tripling pipeline-to-bookings conversion to 22%. Increasingly my work is building the leadership bench — mentoring high-potential reps toward team-lead and management-track roles and owning the SDR career and competency framework. Experience

  1. APAC Sales Development & Inside Sales Manager

    • Ranked #1 of 16 SDR managers globally in 2025, leading the top-performing team in the org (153% H2'24 #2 global, 122% H1'25 #1, 105% H2'25 #1).
    • Scaled the APAC SDR org from 5 to 16 reps, opening net-new markets in South Korea, Japan and Greater China (HK, Taiwan, China).
    • Own the APAC & ANZ sales-development methodology end-to-end across the SDR and inside-sales (ISR) teams, partnering across Marketing, Enablement and RevOps.
    • Build the leadership bench — mentor high-potential reps toward team-lead and management-track roles; own hiring, onboarding, a structured 1:1 coaching cadence and the SDR career & competency framework.
    • Lifted average rep attainment from 84% to over 138% and tripled ARR pipeline-to-bookings conversion (5% to 22%); generated $2.32M in bookings.
    • Act as the team's GTM engineer: built a fleet of AI agents with Claude Code, Cowork and Codex to automate prospect research, scoring, ICP qualification and personalised first-touch, orchestrated with Gumloop, Clay and Nooks.
  2. Business Development Team Lead, ANZ

    • Built and led a 12-rep SDR and BDR team across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise, feeding qualified pipeline into the AE org.
    • Delivered 120% to FY2023 and 105% to H1 2024; 148% to FY2022 as an IC, ranked 4 of 300 reps globally.
    • Built the ANZ outbound system end-to-end and enabled 50+ reps on Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator and MEDDPICC.
  3. Enterprise Sales Consultant & Sr. Account Manager

    • Owned the full sales cycle as lead AE launching Hub by Thryv (SaaS) in Australia, and directed a 3-rep team.
    • Managed a $1.7M ARR book at 138% of quota, selling cloud CRM and marketing solutions.

Earlier: pricing and account leadership at Toyota Finance Australia, Qatar Airways and Kent Relocation Group (2016 to 2020), managing budgets up to $1B and serving Fortune 100 accounts.
